User Account Creation & Registration Mode

Choose whether only Administrators can add users (Private Mode) or if users can self-register in future phases.

Current Default

Private (Admin-Only)

Public registration is disabled. Only Super Administrators can create and provision user accounts in /admin/users.

Future Phase

Corporate Domain Sign-Up

Allow employees with approved corporate email domains to register their own accounts with email verification.

Future Phase

Self-Registration + Approval

Users can submit a registration request on the portal, which enters a pending queue for Admin approval.
